If you’re here, you’re probably in the beautiful (and sometimes exhausting) thick of motherhood. Maybe you’re freshly postpartum or possibly chasing a toddler while juggling life and you’re craving real ways to feel strong, energized, and like yourself again. Not bouncing back to some old version, but building forward into a healthier, more sustainable you.

I see you, because I’m right there too.

My curiosity about nutrition started young in third grade. I was the kid teaching the class how to read labels as a class project (macros before recess, anyone?). That spark never really went away. Over the years I’ve tried numerous trends and diets: gluten free, dairy free, overly restrictive, eliminations, low-histamine phases when my husband was dealing with his own stuff. You name it, we probably tried it. The biggest takeaway? Our bodies know best when we listen instead of forcing rules. So here on the blog, I’m sharing the practical, sustainable ways I’m finding to nourish through motherhood with real food, hormone support, and no-extreme living that actually feels good.

Motherhood took that lesson to a whole new level.

After pregnancy, a tough birth (fourth-degree tear…mamas who know, know it’s a long road), breastfeeding, and rebuilding my body, wellness changed. It went from chasing optimization to focusing on sustainability: simple nourishing meals, gentle movement to help recovery, and holistic postpartum support that actually lasts. Strength looks different now. Energy feels different. And my priorities? Totally realigned.

That’s why I created Her Healthy Motherhood.

This is a space for postpartum nutrition, hormone support, and sustainable wellness all based around real life with no extremes or pressure to be perfect. Just practical, root-cause approaches using food as medicine, integrative health strategies, and gentle ways to rebuild your foundation from the inside out. Whether you’re looking to replenish nutrients, balance hormones, strengthen your pelvic floor, calm your nervous system, or just trying to get dinner on the table, I’m sharing what I’m learning right alongside you.

I’m a first-time mom to my incredible little boy, and I saw a gap in the industry. That’s why I’m continuing my education in postpartum-specific nutrition, functional health, hormone support, and movement to help myself and other postpartum moms out there. I’m semi-crunchy—I reach for organic when I can, love holistic remedies first, and read labels like it’s my favorite hobby, but I also get that some days call for the easier option, and that’s okay. We’re realistic around here.

I truly believe postpartum isn’t just those first 6 weeks. Our bodies can take years to fully heal and rebuild, and it’s never too late to start feeling vibrant and strong again. We don’t “bounce back.” We rebuild forward, creating a foundation that’s even better than before.
